SDA Language School's Beginnings
In 1969, Dr. Bescom, with the help of several young missionaries, founded the first SDA Language School at Cheongnyangni. After a successful start, the SDA Language School moved to its current location in Hwigyeongdong.
Today, under the supervision of the General Conference, the Northern Asia Pacific Division, and the Korean Union Conference, we are one of the leading language schools that is also actively involved in mission outreach. Throughout Korea, we have 13 school branches with over 50 teachers from all around the world.
Along with teaching English, our missionary teachers carry out mission duties such as worship services, Bible clubs, and annual Bible camps.
